The conference will be held in the John Lewis Student Center and Exhibition Hall, which are all American Disability Act (ADA)-accessible, on the campus of Georgia Tech. The two buildings are short (less than five minute walk) apart from each other. The morning opening keynotes every morning will be in the Walter E Ehmer Theater of the John Lewis Student Center, while the remaining parallel sessions and poster sessions will be in the Midtown Ballrooms of the Exhibition Hall.

The Office of Equity and Compliance Programs oversees Georgia Tech’s commitment to ethical and legal compliance in the areas of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other disability-related laws. It also provides detailed guidelines on accessibility information on the Georgia Tech campus. The Georgia Tech campus also provides clean, secure, and private lactation spaces across campus (https://engagement.hr.gatech.edu/lactation-spaces/), including in the buildings in which the conference will be organized.
