Registration for MEWE11 conference starts December 1, 2024.
Registration fees include attendance for complete conference including opening reception and conference dinner party.
The registration fees are tiered depending on (1) stage of registration (early, standard), (2) career stage of attendees (regular ticket, students/postdoctoral researchers), (3) region of the world (high income country and low income country as designated by the International Water Association), and (4) IWA membership status. Click on the right panel indicating registration stage categories to see ticket rates.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted for payment of conference tickets. If you would like an alternate method of payment, please email mewe11@gatech.edu. See registration instructions below.
IMPORTANT: The registration process will ask if you need a “Invitation Letter” for visa purposes. If you do, please select this option. You will receive “Invitation Letter” within 5 business days of completing registration AND submitting abstract. Both, completion of registration and submission of abstract is required to receive the invitation letter.
REFUNDS: All ticket sales are final, except for issues associated with denial of visa. If the visa is declined – full refunds (minus any card transaction fee) will be provided within 7-10 business days after submission of proof of visa denial (i.e., email or letter stating the visa is declined from the US embassy/consulate) via email to mewe11@gatech.edu. Refunds for visa denial will be issued up to two weeks before the start of the conference (i.e., May 15, 2025) to the original method of payment. If you are not affiliated with Georgia Tech, please click on General Public and click Register on pop-up window to create an account AND log-into the campus tickets portal and select “Get Tickets” for the conference.
