A range of accommodation options will be available for MEWE11 conference attendees, including hotels and on-campus accommodation options.
On-campus accommodation
A limited number of on-campus accommodation options will be made available in January 2025. These include “Apartment Style” and “Suite Style” priced between $50-$70 per night (not including taxes). These will be available for reservation on a first come-first served basis.
Hotels
Hotels in the Midtown Area of Atlanta are within a short walking distance to the conference venue. A detailed list will be provided in January 2025. All attendees are responsible for their own hotel booking. Georgia Tech’s campus transportation includes “Campus Bus – Stinger“) with the “Gold” and “Green” bus routes connecting the Midtown hotels to the conference venue every 10 minutes.
